Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account page where you subscribed, or by emailing support@sessionalgos.com. You will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.

Refunds

Our software is delivered digitally and you get access straight away, so subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial months. We do refund in full:

• duplicate charges,
• charges made after you cancelled, and
• any other billing error on our side.

Email us within 30 days of the charge and we will sort it out.

Before disputing a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first. Most billing problems are fixed faster by email than through a bank dispute.
