This policy explains what information Session Algos collects when you visit sessionalgos.com or subscribe to our software, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account and billing details: your name, email address, and billing address. Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• License information: when the software checks your license with our servers, it sends your license key, an identifier for the computer it runs on, and your IP address.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We do not collect your brokerage credentials, account balances, or trading history.

How we use it

• To process your subscription and payments.
• To issue and check your license, and to prevent key sharing.
• To send you account emails, such as receipts, setup instructions, and software updates.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep the website and software secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the business for us: our payment processors (Stripe and Whop) and our website host (Vercel). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our checkout and payment providers may set cookies needed to process payments securely.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting, and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep.

Children

Our software is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and email active subscribers about material changes.
